13. Prescription and Telehealth Compliance

All prescriptions provided through MyBiometrica are issued by licensed healthcare professionals following a required telehealth consultation. We do not dispense or prescribe medications without first establishing a valid provider–patient relationship, as required by law.

Our telehealth services comply with state-specific regulations, including required technology standards and provider licensure. Care is delivered only in states where our providers are licensed to practice.

14. Geographic Scope of Services
myBiometrica’s services, including all telehealth and in-clinic offerings, are provided exclusively to individuals who are physically located in the state of Florida at the time of service. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are physically present in the state of Florida. myBiometrica does not offer or deliver services to individuals outside of Florida, and safeguards are in place to ensure compliance with this limitation.
