• Scope of Services:
  MyBiometrica provides wellness and health optimization services through licensed medical professionals via telehealth technologies. These services may include virtual consultations, diagnostic reviews, prescription services, and follow-up care, where permitted by law.
• Medical Disclaimer:
  All medical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals. MyBiometrica itself does not practice medicine and does not interfere with the practice of medicine by its associated providers.
• Informed Consent:
  By using our telehealth platform, you consent to receive medical services and communications through electronic means. This includes audio, video, text, or other digital communications with a licensed healthcare provider. You acknowledge that:

• You understand the potential risks and limitations of receiving healthcare services via telehealth.
• You have the right to withhold or withdraw consent at any time.
• You understand that telehealth is not a substitute for in-person medical care, especially in emergencies.

• Licensure and Availability:
  Medical services are only provided by licensed practitioners in states where they are authorized to practice. By using the Service, you confirm that you are located in a state where MyBiometrica’s providers are licensed to deliver care.
• Emergencies:
  Telehealth services provided through MyBiometrica are not intended for use during medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
• Health Information Privacy:

By subscribing, you affirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

13. Prescription and Telehealth Compliance

All prescriptions provided through MyBiometrica are issued by licensed healthcare professionals following a required telehealth consultation. We do not dispense or prescribe medications without first establishing a valid provider–patient relationship, as required by law.

Our telehealth services comply with state-specific regulations, including required technology standards and provider licensure. Care is delivered only in states where our providers are licensed to practice.

14. Geographic Scope of Services

myBiometrica’s services, including all telehealth and in-clinic offerings, are provided exclusively to individuals who are physically located in the state of Florida at the time of service. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are physically present in the state of Florida. myBiometrica does not offer or deliver services to individuals outside of Florida, and safeguards are in place to ensure compliance with this limitation.
 

15. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers (including discounts, referral bonuses, or limited-time pricing) are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. myBiometrica reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at its discretion, including but not limited to ending a promotion early or changing eligibility criteria. Promotional offers are not valid retroactively and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
