No, you do not need a prescription to enroll in a program. If your treatment plan requires medication, a licensed medical provider will prescribe it based on your lab results and health assessment.

How much do MyBiometrica programs cost?

Program pricing varies based on the plan you select. Each program requires a $299 one-time membership fee to cover the cost of initial lab, with monthly subscription costs varying by service. Please refer to individual product pages for specific pricing.

Your subscription begins after your initial medical consultation and approval of your treatment plan.

Yes, all programs require a three or six-month minimum commitment to allow for effective treatment outcomes. After the initial period, the subscription continues month-to-month unless canceled.

After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellations must be requested through your account portal or by contacting customer support.

MyBiometrica operates on a direct, cash pay model, meaning we do not bill insurance directly. However, many of our services may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt with the necessary codes to help you submit a claim for potential reimbursement.

We do accept FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) for payment, making it easier to use pre-tax dollars for your health and wellness needs. Where do I go for lab testing?

Lab testing can be completed at any Quest Diagnostics or ARCPoint Labs location nationwide. Once you enroll, you’ll receive a lab requisition form and instructions on where to complete your tests.

Yes, fasting is required for the lab tests. We recommend taking your tests in the morning hours.

The frequency of medical consultations depends on your plan. Generally, patients have an initial consultation followed by periodic, scheduled follow-ups based on both plan and individual requirements.

Consultations will be conducted either through our HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform or in-person at MyBiometrica’s Wellness Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

What if I am not eligible for a program after my lab review?

If our medical team determines that you are not eligible for a treatment program after reviewing your lab results, your subscription will not be activated. However, the $299 enrollment fee is non-refundable as it covers administrative and testing costs

If prescribed, your medications will either be shipped free of charge directly to your home, or in some cases, may be called in to a local pharmacy of your choice.
