  3- Meet with Your Expert – After reviewing your lab results, our team will schedule your consultations and activate your personalized program.

Important Enrollment Information

• Enrollment Fee: The enrollment fee is non-refundable and covers the initial administrative and medical assessment costs, including lab testing.
• Medical Eligibility: For programs requiring medical qualification, if our medical team determines that you do not meet the necessary medical criteria, your subscription will not be activated, and no ongoing fees will be charged. However, the enrollment fee remains non-refundable, as it covers the costs associated with the initial medical evaluation.
• Program Activation: Recurring subscription or program fees will commence for medically eligible members after your lab work has been reviewed and you have received your consultation.
• Minimum Commitment: Three-month minimum commitment period before membership transition to a month-to-month plan.
