  2- Schedule Lab Work – After enrollment, you’ll receive instructions to schedule your comprehensive lab testing.

  3- Personalized Consultation – Once we evaluate your lab results, our medical team will reach out to schedule your initial consultation and activate your monthly subscription.

Important Enrollment Information

• Enrollment Fee: The $299 enrollment fee is non-refundable and covers the initial administrative and medical assessment costs.
• Subscription Activation: The monthly subscription will commence only after your lab work has been evaluatedand you are medically eligible for the program.
• Minimum Commitment: The Performance Plan requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial term, the subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.
• Medical Eligibility: If, after reviewing your lab results, our medical team determines that you are not eligible for the Sexual Health Program, your subscription will not be activated, and you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee. However, the enrollment fee remains non-refundable.
