  2- Schedule Lab Work – After enrollment, you’ll receive instructions to schedule your comprehensive lab testing (or if you have recent lab work our team will let you know if you
need to schedule labs).

  3- Personalized Consultation – Once we evaluate your lab results, our medical team will reach out to schedule your initial consultation and activate your monthly subscription.

Important Enrollment Information

• Minimum Commitment: The Weight Loss Program requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial term, the subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.
• Medical Eligibility: If, after reviewing your lab results, our medical team determines that you are not eligible for the Weight Loss Program, your subscription will not be activated, and you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee.
